Hi, I'm Avi

I’ve lived in 4 different countries and made Aliyah twice.

I like to tell people I’m getting good at it by now!

Born in Melbourne, Australia I was shuttled half way round the world at the age of 2 years old to Manchester, England.

​

My first Aliyah was at age 22 from the UK and I started working as an Israeli real estate lawyer in the year 2000.

​

After meeting my wife Pearl and getting married in Jerusalem we moved to Philadelphia (Bala Cynwyd to be precise) for 8 years.

While in the US I kept up my real estate practice in Israel and traveled back and forth regularly.

In the summer of 2018 we made Aliyah (thanks NBN!) to Buchman, Modiin with our two incredible kids Kinneret (8) and Natan (4).

Moving to Israel either as a single person or as a family presents its own unique difficulties.

​

Having rented and bought in Israel I can fully empathise with your concerns.

When you buy or rent anywhere new it can be enough of a challenge.

To do it successfully in Israel requires plenty of patience, knowledge and getting the best advice you can.

My role in the process is to give you this knowledge and advice.

The patience will come from knowing you are in good hands.
